Hey there!

Are you a stylish mama who wants a Pinterest-worthy house for your single-income family? It's possible! Stick around, I'll show you how.

Welcome to the new and improved TFD Blog!

I want to kick things off by saying a great big THANK YOU to all of you who have watched, listened, read, and supported me in so many ways as The Farrier's Daughter has grown, changed, and finally become TFD Style!

If you are new here, Welcome!

Do you consider yourself a hard-working, fun-loving gal who likes pretty things without paying a pretty penny? If so, you are in the right place! Stick around and, this is where we will be sharing ideas, tips, tricks, and tools to give you the confidence to create a look you love-both for yourself and your home! And the best part...we do it on a dime.

What sets us apart from the crowd? Aside from pulling off the greatest looks at the lowest prices, we do it with a unique blend of Rockin' Cowgirl, Vintage Art Chick, and Boutique Betty. What that means is that we combine popular trends, our down-home roots, and love for the arts and color to create a one of a kind look that is Fun, Classy, and yes, a little bit Country!

You'll find that while there are certain things we care deeply about, we don't take ourselves too serious around here. If you do, this might be not the place for you. We enjoy a relaxed way of life, letting loose from time to time, and yes, an occasional crude joke. We love the world, but are proud to be American. We value hard work, kindness, and good whiskey.

Come along for the ride!

Are you a facebook junkie? We love facebook and the fact that it is a place to get to know our Posse (that's all of you). A little side note...I would have totally thrown in a "ya'll" right there in place of "all of you" but while my Mother is from the South-I am not and cannot bring myself to say it, or type it for that matter-just seems fake. I do however love the term and wish it were more widely used, so that I wouldn't feel like a poser when I say it, 'cause boy do I always have the urge.

Any who, if you haven't found and "liked" us on facebook, please check us out at the link below:
